✷ Can I use my benefits to cover the cost of your treatments?
I am a registered Reflexologist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Some insurance providers cover reflexology treatments so make sure to see if this is covered with your benefits. If you choose a mix and match session (90 minute or 2 hour session) and over half of the treatment is reflexology, coverage applies for the full session. Each insurance provider is different in how much they will cover per treatment. No direct billing. A receipt with my registration number will be given after payment for your treatment, that you then submit to your insurance provider.

✷ What should I expect from your services?
Holistic Healing Algoma is about creating a safe space for relaxation and self. Expect to feel nurtured, cared for, and relaxed after our session together. I suggest you take time after the treatment to be with yourself and to fully feel the benefits of the session. Bathing, journaling, painting, dancing, resting, or taking a light walk outside are great ways to integrate the session into your body. Drink plenty of water the day of your treatment, and avoid heavy work after a massage appointment.

Celeste (Kate Gasparetto) is a certified wellness professional with extensive experience and a passion for holistic and educational practices. She holds a 200-Hour Swedish Massage Certification (Inan Itah, Nicaragua, 2014) and is a Reiki Master, trained by Anne Marie Caicco at The Healing Loft in Canada. She completed her 200-Hour Registered Yoga Instructor training at Sivananda Yoga Camp, Val Morin, Canada, in 2017, with additional certifications in Kidding Around Yoga (2018), Breakthrough Coaching Yoga Method (2020), and Gentle Yoga (2024). Celeste also completed her first year of Early Childhood Education, along with Northern American Montessori Teacher Training (NAMC) for children from birth to 5 years old.
Her holistic qualifications include certifications in Aromatherapy (Universal Class, 2021), Sound Therapy (Institute of Conscious Evolution, 2021), and Laughter Yoga (Laughter Yoga International, 2022). She is also skilled in spa treatments, completing the Luxury Spa Facial Course (Mark Perren Jones Spa Training Academy, 2023), and is a certified 200-Hour Meditation Teacher and Registered Foot Reflexology Therapist (2024).
✷ What is your confidentiality policy?
All of our appointments are completely confidential. Any information shared between us before, during, or after the appointment is completely private unless you express a desire to harm self or others, or a court order is issued regarding information in the session. Safe space is sacred.
✷ What is your cancellation policy?
Of course, Holistic Healing Algoma wants you to keep your appointment time, however things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. 24 hours notice is required to cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. 100% will be charged for no show appointments. A text message reminder will be sent out two days before your appointment. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and cooperation.
